Drive Group, owned by Shikun & Binui, the Keystone Fund, Clal and the Phoenix Company, owns a number of leading companies in the field of infrastructure and transportation.

 The group has two business branches:

·        The franchise arm, which includes Derech Eretz Operator company – The  operation company of Cross Israel Highway (Highway 6), Hacarmel Lanes company– The operation company of the Carmel Tunnels, North Road company – O&M company responsible for more than 300km of interurban and urban roads (Private Financing Initiative project).

·        The services arm, which includes companies that provide services to the group and external customers, are engaged in the ongoing maintenance and management of projects and the provision of smart transportation solutions – Safe Way company – Road maintenance, road safety, certified by Netivei Israel, and A.A.C.I. company which specializes in the field of electricity, with an emphasis on infrastructure deployment, lighting upgrades and the establishment of charging stations.

Since 2017, the group began performing infrastructure surveys using drones, including road structures, bridges, water canals, retaining walls, and signs bridges.
